Fabulous museum where historic buildings from North England are brought to Beamish, brick by brick, and rebuilt. Go back in time to the Victorian and Edwardian age and ride the trams, trains and omnibuses. Visit the old fashioned dentist, go back to school. Also among the attractions there's a Co-op, a bank, a garage and a pub, not to mention a coal mine.... There is so much to see and do. They are currently building a new section which when it opens will bring the 1950's back to life!
